I can reach PLEX on my Android app and my friends can see my content on their players. Any one know what may be the reason my PS3 is giving me the red “!”? I haven’t purchased a pass yet.
I have exactly the same problem.
In my summer house, I have a PS3. From that, I can’t reach my plex server, but I can see my friends that is shared. My is unavailable with a red !.
I can reach it remotely from Android, IOS and web, that I have tried.
At home I can reach it also from my PS4.
Please help.
I am a plex lifetime subscriber and always have the latest server version available installed.
This problem has been going on for some time, at least 3 months.
one thing to keep in mind is PS3 doesn’t support Secure PMS connections, so if your server is set to “Secure connections: Required” PS3 won’t be able to talk to it.
