Plex doesn't work on ps3

Hello. Plex works fine on all Xbox one’s and phones that can connect. Even when connect to same wifi as the PS3. Why is this? PS3 keeps saying cannot reach server. Can’t find a setting on there in his account to allow insecure connections.
