No. It’s trash.
Almost all the video apps on PS4 Pro are underwhelming. The PS4 version of Plex is one of the worst I have used.

I’ve used Netflix, crackle and NHL without problem. The Plex app is by far the worst Plex experience I’ve had.
Ok so I got it. No matter if it’s a powerfull console, it’s not ok as a streamer
