PS4 not showing Plex Server

From yesterday my PS4 has stopped seeing my Plex Server. When you open up plex on the PS4 it comes up with no servers found, please follow the steps etc etc. I have removed the device from the plex app which I might say still works and streams from a browser, re-authed the pin and it has been registered again and then the no servers found will appear and appear. Had no luck, stopped the plex server, restarted my nas, restarted my ps4 still no luck.

Until today, opened plex on the ps4 it actually went in started an episode of the simpson got maybe 2mins in and it just stopped and There was a problem playing this item appeared. I don’t know what to do now :frowning:

The thing i have noticed is that the Remote Access now can’t connect.

Server: Synology 1513+
Plex Server: 0.9.12.13 (latest PlexPass version)
Client: PS4 2.4.24

Are both PS4 and plex server on the same network? I’m asking because of your mention of " Remote Access now can’t connect." that could be the issue if they aren’t on the same network,

They are on the same network and both connected to the same router by Ethernet.
