I purchased Plex. I installed the app on ps4. It says it does not find server.
Are you signed in to both your server and playstation using the same plex account?
are both devices on the same network?
Not sure where to share my issues, but having the latest versions on Mac and PS4 has broken plex. PS4 app constantly loses connection to my mac server and returns “Server Unavailable” mid playback. It has started happening after the latest ps4 update. My network is running on wired gigabit + AC1300 and have tried everything from restarting all my equipment to signing in and out. Not sure what to do because software cant roll back on ps4.
The same here. PS3 (October 30, 2.4.34) and MAC (Plex Media Server 0.9.11.12) with pass member. PS3 ps4 doesn’t find server. Please fix!

YES!!! I’m not alone. I have a PS4 and won’t find my server either. It runs fine on everything else but my PS4.
I also can´t connect to my server after upgrading the plex server (windows).
