We would love to add support for keyboard navigation, however as it has been said many times before, it’s not something that sony allows us to do right now, we are working with them very closely to get this supported soon though, so stay tuned.

I concur. I never would have guessed that Plex would not work with bluetooth keyboard support on PS4.

Bump to the top, same here. Plex is the only app that suffers this issue with the Harmony remote (connected to the PS4 as a HID bluetooth keyboard).

yes please, only reason i bought this remote was to get rid of that ps4 controller thats not very handy when using ps4 mainly for plex. Please add Bluetooth keyboard so the harmony controller will work with plex… im tired just watching netflix where it works fine.

Then why does Netflix/Amazon/MMO games work with bluetooth keyboards/remotes?

+1, please fix this!
I see no reason why Sony would block the approval of a Plex patch allowing it to support bluetooth remote control - like other video playback apps are already doing for months.
It’s not in their interest at all to offer an inferior experience to their users, especially VS XBoxOne which supports the Harmony remote nicely!
