PS4 was working fine for years. Now every video, movie or tv show, is buffering every 3 to 5 seconds. If I change to 720 in plex video choice in the PS4 app then it will stop buffering. Buffering is happening on videos I just watched last week with no buffering. PS4 is wired with gigabit switch. No buffering issues on other wired or wireless devices.
