PS4 Pro crashing when loading any Berserk 2016 horriblesub 1080p
go to horrible subs and download any, load on plex, try to play on ps4 pro and it crashes.
Just thought i’d let you guys know.
Works fine in VLC on windows.
if anyone knows why and how to get it working thatll be great thanks
Providing server logs that cover the crash would be helpful.
I don’t know how to do that, is that under status? it gets cleared each time you close it?

I tried to get the ps4 to crash again to get the code however it just wont crash now, i haven’t changed anything, maybe the cause was how it auto merged folders as seen in screenshot below, how do i make plex not auto merge folders?
it merged them as different versions…
Well it’s not crashing anymore so must of been a one off thing with ps4 pro, i had to manually split the folders then fix incorrect match and then managed to get the correct ones loaded eventually.
