PS5 Can not find plex server - Solved, kinda

Issue looks to be caused by DNS rebinding protection, time to put this cable modem in bridged mode with another router behind it. Got it working now through relay.

Player Version#:5.91.0 platform version 10.60

Somehow my plex server is not available on my ps5 anymore.
PS5 is online I can use it for all other tasks like gaming and streaming services.
Also the plex movies and series work along wih the tv option on the ps5.
I can use the server on my android device and on my Windows pc no problem.

What have I tried;
Turned it off and on again, NAS and PS5
Powercycled my (cable) modem
Reseted the app
Logged in again still not available

But when I do that the initial setup tells me: “it looks like you have access to more then one Plex Media Server. Pick the one you use the most and plex will use it to setup your homescreen and sidebar. you can always customise later”
Thing is; I only have one server and have not used another. Before I can choose anything
the screen goes further to Customise your navigation
Account is online in the app.
Removed the ps5 from the Authorised devices.
Uninstalled the app.
Server reboot
Reinstalled the app.
Again I get the multiple server message.
The PS5 is registered again in the Authorised devices
Server reboot
Removed the server from the Authorised devices, re-claimed it. (There was and is only one server on that page)
Server shows up again in Authorised Devices.
Reboot
PS5 still does no see it.

Read some interesting advice about static IP and a different DNS server.
Made sure the Synology has static IP
Again no server on PS5
Switched DNS on the PS5 to cloudflare (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1)
Reboot PS5
no server available
Switched to Google DNS on PS5 (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
Reboot PS5
no server available
Disabled ipv6 on the plex server
Server reboot
No results
I also tried the Cloudflare and Google DNS on the Synology also no results.
Grasping at straws; even changed the ethernet cables, no result

Anybody got any other ideas?

I fixed mine by adding DNS to cloudfare 1.1.1.1 as primary and my router as secondary. Then on my local plex server I set the Secure Connection to Preferred. After reset the PS5 app, server was finally reachable.
