PS5 can't connect to my plex server locally

Since about 8 to 10 days I can’t connect my Ps5 (or smart TV) PleX to my local server. From one day to the other it just doesn’t find it. It can play other Plex channels but can’t find my local server at all.

I tried rebooting the server, reinstalling the app. It works fine on my other devices just not PS5 and Smart TV directly.

If it matters I am running PMS on Windows.

The two devices are also connected to the router via ethernet cable so it should be a straight connection
