I can’t play a single video with the latest server update for Win10 and the latest app version for PS5.
The circle is turning, the CPU utilization is 5%, the LAN network load is very low.
With every new update this situation gets worse.
Please fix the problems, i have paid money and can`t use the app.

Still having the same issues here 4 months on. This is the 3rd update to the player since I first tried using Plex on the PS5 and with each update it’s gotten progressively worse!
I can barely access my library with thumbnails struggling to load to the UI. If I do manage to click play all it does is buffers and the film will not even start.
Are these updates not being tested before release?! Please fix so I can use the service.
