There is something funky happening with the playstation app and the plex server when its transcoding. For a while now my server periodically becomes unavailable for approx 5 minutes while it cleans up massive amounts of transcode tmp files. It does not crash, its just pegged cleaning up files …
Initially I thought this was isolated to music (theme music) for shows but its happening for anything which is transcoding. Today, the app is transcoding a movie and there is almost 7 GB in the session folder …
