Hi everyone, Publier for Plex is a new cloud service I created to let you publish media related events from your Plex server (play, watched, added, etc) to social platforms like Slack, Discord, and Twitter.
The keen among you may be asking “Can’t you do this already with Tautulli or Zapier?”. Absolutely you can, however both options require time, resources, and expertise to set up. Publier leverages the webhook feature available to Plex Pass subscribers so there’s no need to install any new software or go through a cumbersome setup process.
I am a developer by day, and Plex junkie by night. This project is very much a scratch-my-own-itch endeavour that I created so my friends and I could see what we are watching posted to our Slack.
