OK Solved.
User Error !!!
I misspelled my login when i opened the account then added the plex pass to that account.
Bottom line, i had two accounts running.
David over at plex inc. was very patient and figured it out pretty quick.
I logged in to the misspelled and everything came back online.
Thanks again for the help.
