No upgrade to premium after payment

i have buy today a permanent premium access. But :
1 - the payement does not appear in my payement page
2 - i’m still not premium
3 - i have perfectly received the sms from my bank telling me i have payed

Is this normal ? is there any delay between payement and consequences ? should i call my bank and undo the payement ?

please help ?

The plex account which you were using to log into these forums has no Plex Pass on it.
Where did you buy the subscription?

Did you perhaps buy the subscription for a different (maybe new) plex.tv account?
Take a look into the confirmation emails which were sent to you after the purchase.
They should contain the Plex user name and/or the email address.

well i have only one plex account and i was registred with it when i have bought my my plexPass.
I have no confirmation email either. Nothing but the sms from my bank who said i have paid.
the sms mention plex GmbH . nothing else

You will have to contact Plex Pass billing support under https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing
They have access to financial transaction details.

yeah i have allready do that. But hours have pass and still no answer and i’m getting more & more afraid as the time pass.

Plex GmbH is not Plex.tv, it’s plexgroup.com.

i don’t have the page open now but i have the history of all the page i have seen today and there is only some plex page who are related to this thing.
there are all on plex.tv or subdomain of it…

Not true. Plex GmbH is the Swiss subsidiary of Plex Inc.
i.e. it’s not a German or Austrian GmbH

AFAIK, they are handling the European matters. So that is in order.

You do have a Pass on your user account.
Shut down your server for a few minutes, then start it up again.
After a few minutes, do the same with your Plex clients.

Thanks, starting to see a few changes now.

I have shut down and restarted my devices a few times throughout. Im curious why the changes come so slowly.
