What version and what is its extension?
i.e show us the FULL downloaded file name.
And for the qnap people the model and version of it’s software you are running…
Sometimes a browser will do that. Right-Click and then Save as. You will see it save to a .qpkg file.
It happened once to me today as well.
If there are any further reports, I will speak with the operations team about it
