Not sure which file is causing this but it happens every time.

May I please have the server ZIP logfile which captures this?

It’s not possible to diagnose from a snippet.

What you pasted looks like either inability to download the necessary codec or a bad file.

As a test, you can download 1.41.8 and try it.
This will give us some info about .8 vs .9

I thought bad file as well - but not sure which one it would be.

Thank for the logs.

Does this make sense to you?

It does look like a bad file (format Plex doesn’t understand)

So which file is it - it looked to me like it completed “Louisana Rain” and hit a error on the next file but what is it? Is it another audio file?

I don’t know. When you scan files / refresh metadata – watching the upper right activity corner, what’s the last thing you see?

Not sure how to kick it off manually…
