QNAP NAS lost connection to Plex after password reset

Player Version#: 1.23.4

After resetting my Plex password, due to the data breach, my QNAP NAS is no longer connected to Plex. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall, to no avail. Basically, after reinstalling it on the NAS, clicking on it, and then being redirected to the Plex website, I click on “your media” to get them all back, which says “Get Media Plex Server”. This is again the installer, which I download, then install on the NAS, then the loop starts over. again I do not get prompted by the media library setup wizard, nothing. I also tried to stop the App on the Nas, and delete the Plex folder in the root, but that did not change anything. It seems helpless to get the NAS-Plex connection back.

I could use some help here folks, on how to get things back as they were before the password change. Any help is much appreciated.

seems we have the same issue, also need help with this.
I also follow this topic here, maybe it helps you as well, still no complete info there, but maybe we find a solution.
