Hi everyone,

Similar to the post here: QNAP Plex Media Server version < 1.15
and fix by @wingmanz, I have the “No Soup for you!” message and outdated server message below:

“Update your Plex Media Server - The server QNAP is out of date and cannot be used. This version of Plex Web requires Plex Media Server 1.15.2 or higher.”

I am running QNAP TS-559 version 4.26 (2020/08/21) and looks like I need a minimum of version 1.15.2 or higher. Unfortunately unable to find any copies on the web, please help. Thanks a lot.

QTS 4.2 is depreciated, and never builds was never made to that old QTS version, as announced here:

Last version made was 1.14.1.5488
