Qnap Server currently unavailable after update/password change

I was forced to change my password because of the security breach and was warned to update my firmware before I did it. I had previously not upgraded my firmware (last update) because I lost my connection with the server and dialed back the software and everything was great.
At this time my server is NASFxxxxx is currently unavailable. Any help in getting it to work again? I am not technical enough to edit system files which seems to be a fix. Could I uninstall the program from my NAS and start from scratch? My data would be intact but I would have to re-do the settings. Is this a solution?

I’ve tested on QTS 5.0.0.2055 firmware with PMS and all is good.
