QNAP Server Update?

Server Version#: V1.13.5.291 (on QNAP TS-453be)

When I open my Plex server on the QNAP a tab is opened in my browser. On an banner it is displaying the following -

A Plex Media Server update is available for the server BabyPlexington! 1.14.1.5488 Download now Skip this version

This downloads a file on my windows machine - what do I do with this file? When I open the applications app on the QNAP it does not say there is an update for Plex.

On QNAP, you need to manually install the latest version of the PMS through the Admin web page.

Download it from
https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-media-server

the go to the web page of your QNAP device (not PMS home page):

http:// < ip address of QNAP device > /

Log in as main/admin user and go to “App Center”.
You will find a settings icon somewhere in the App Center where you can manually load and install QPKG files.

If something does not work as intended after the update, restart the QNAP device.
