Hello, I have a QNAP TS-464 NAS with QTS 5.0.1.2277 I`m using Plex Version 1.31.3.6819, also tried the latest stable version before too.

My problem ist that HW transcoding is working but not with “Tone Mapping ON”, please advise on how to resolve this problem. Logs with the problem reproduced are attached.

I’ve been trying, for quite some time, to see a clear and definitive failure of the transcoder to detect the QSV ASIC after PMS has. This is a bug with the 51xx CPUs.

I am submitting this now as a priority problem. I will follow up in our team meeting on Monday and see if I can get it fixed ASAP.
