QNAP TS-464C cannot use hardware transcoding。

I am currently using a QNAP TS-464C NAS device. Approximately two months ago, I encountered an issue with the hardware transcoding function, which resulted in excessively high CPU usage. Prior to this incident, the device had been functioning normally. Below is my log file; I would appreciate your assistance in diagnosing the issue. Thank you.

How do you know it’s not hardware transcoding? …asking becuase I have a -664 and would like to check.
