QNAP TVS-882 - PLEX 1.13.5.5291 - Playback Error - Conversion Failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install

I see there is an update 1.13.8.5395 and I have downloaded and tried manual update. It seems to complete but when I go back into Setting _> General it shows :1.13.5.5291.

Everything worked before this latest update. I have also stopped the plex service before trying to install the new version.

I am happy to pull logs if you tell me where to find them. Some videos play (MP4) but looks like the files that won’t play are MKV.

So this is resolved, I had to update my NAS firmware then reboot and the PLEX service started with the new version. Now it works.
