QTS and Plex Update Advice

It’s the next PMS version to be worried about since it’s a complete refactoring of the app and why it’s taking more time to get a newer PMS version for Qnap devices.

Specific:

1. The build system was rehosted to a new platform
2. QNAP (QTS & QuTS) package signing with the new key needed to be utilized.

Point #2 (package signing) is what’s taking time as it requires interaction with QNAP to get new keys and the new Plex key in sync in App Center.

There is minimal change between 1.43.0 → 1.43.1 as it pertains to QNAP systems.
