Did they ever resolve the slow 4k transcoding problem for the Quadro P2000 on windows? I have had this issue in what seems like forever and no matter what I do my transcode rate for 4K remux content down to 8mbps 1080p for remote users is 0.6-0.8 and so it constantly buffers. The gpu is only at around 12-15%. I can see from the windows task manager that both encoding and decoding are active. All 1080p content works without a problem. Is there a known fix for this issue? At the moment I’m having to keep separate 1080p and 4k libraries to get around it.
