Quadro P400 Buffering

Hello,

Based on the information I found online Quadro P400 would be good enough for trans-coding up to 2 streams. But When I use it, it keeps buffering every few seconds. Tried different drivers and settings. But still the same issue. I have Windows server 2016. Few questions.

  1. Is Quadro P400 too weak for transcoding?
  2. Quadro P400 can’t transcode 4k to 1080p?
  3. If I need could get a better graphic card for transcoding around $100 to be able to transcode 1 or 2 streams from 4k to 1080?
