I love plex and after my yearly sub ended I jumped at the holiday discount for lifetime sub. I own ps4&pro that I run plex with along with 2 Samsung tv’s that I use the plex tv app. I’m getting a new tv and looking into a new plex client that I can buy but I want to buy a plex client that like my 2014 Samsung tv plex app I can change the aspect ratio to whatever size I need. Can anyone recommend one everything I looked into you can’t change it. Also I’m curious how come 2014 Samsung tv app allows to change the subs on the fly without reloading along with changing the aspect ratio compared to 2016 which I can’t.

Why do you want to change the aspect ratio?
I have never change that while using plex.
It’s just more a preferences for me, I got accustomed to the option on my older Samsung but haven’t seen the option on any other plex app

Sorry it is called aspect mode you can change the video, automatic,4:3,16:9,21:9.
