Today buy a new television, samsung
my problem is with client samsung app plex i can´t change aspect ratio 4:3 to 16:9, no available option with boton green for change subtitules and video options.
Any solution?

There is not an app option to change aspect ratio. Are you just trying to zoom/stretch 4:3 content or is it 16:9 content that is displaying incorrectly?
