Hello fellow Plex enthusiasts!
For clarification: This post refers to collections of MUSIC, not any other media types.
While setting up my media server I have run into a puzzling issue. I created two smart collections. One which filters 5 star tracks on the admin user, and one which filters 5 star tracks on the current user.

However, when testing my library as a standard user I am seeing different behavior in the web app vs Plexamp (tested on Android). When viewing the collections on the web it works as expected, but when I view the collection which should show the admin user’s tracks on the app it shows the 5 star tracks from my test user!

As you can see, the app is showing my user rated tracks on the library collection instead of the admin rated tracks.
So, my question: Am I doing something wrong, or did I find a bug with the software?
side note: If you were paying attention to the screenshots you may notice the track counts on the web app collection home screen are stuck on the count when the smart collection was first created and have not updated. Any ideas there?
