Collections aren't displayed and Smart Collections can't be edited

  1. On Plex Web, when going to Library > [Collections] tab, the same content as in the [Library] tab is displayed, only without any filters on. Expected to see list of Collections. The list is present on Android and iOS.
  2. On Plex Web, when entering a Smart Collection from Library > [Recommended] tab, I see the collection’s content, but there are buttons missing for editing. I had to figure out a workaround.
  3. Similarly to 2. on Android and iOS with little differences.

Please fix this.

Settings > Plex Web > Debug > Restore Defaults should fix this (you’ll have to ‘Show Advanced’ for the debug tab to show up).

This would mean I have to set up everything from scratch, right?

Just web app settings (pinned libraries, quality settings, etc). The server itself won’t be modified.

What about the ratings I gave?

That’s all tracked on the server (and also potentially on Plex’s servers if you have watch state/ratings sync enabled).

You can basically think of it like uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app on your phone, or clearing the app’s data.
