If your library contains a show called “Primal Grill” (as it seems to be called in thetvdb.org, try renaming it to “Primal Grill with Steven Raichlen” (which the EPG seems to use) and see what happens.
Nice that was the issue. Wow that could get annoying quick if there is a minor spelling differnce. And I also feel dumb not catching that before that it listed them different in EPG logs and in Plex itself.
Just discovered same issue with Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Television-- as many as 6 copies of some episodes. The show was only added to my library by the DVR itself, never existed previously. There’s only 13 episodes of this single season so at this point I’ve deleted the dupes and set the schedule for new episodes only
