Questions for Plex Server live TV

I have a few questions about how to enable live tv on my Plex server. I am already a PlexPass member. I know I need an antenna and a tuner.

1. How does the tuner connect to the Plex server?
2. I am looking at the HDHomeRun Extend as the tuner. Will this work with my Plex server configuration (unRAID)?
3. As I understand it, live TV would be available on all my devices attached to my network, which include smart TVs with Roku, Android devices, Windows PCs, iPads, etc. correct?

Server Version#: 1.13.6.5339-115f087d6 running on unRAID 6.5.2

   Depending on the tuner it will either be USB or Ethernet.

   It should since it is Ethernet (IP) based.

   Yes, but some devices can view TV and others can view + manage the LiveTV options.
