Radio and TV Mixing up

Hi Guys,

i finally got DVR and Live TV Running but selecting the epg and channels is causing me some headaches.

  1. I can not select radio and tv channels to be available in plex, i keep getting a duplicate channel warning because radio and tv channels are both on Channel 1 as you see in the screenshot (“1Live” is a radio channel while “das erste” is a tv channel).

  2. Looks like the EPG is also screwed up by having also radio channels in DVB-C. I see 1 live but not das erste in the EPG list. Looks like it only shows one of the two in the selection box.

Hope this is something easy to fix…

By the way it would be super cool to have radio and TV channels in separated tabs (Just if it is possible)

Maybe to add, i am using the Hauppauge Quad.

Any news from the Devs how i can overcome this issue? Right now i can not access most of the channels due to this.

Dear Dev’s please look into this Bug. I guess this is an issue to all Users in countries like UK / Germany where we do have Radio and TV Channels in our DVB-C connections. With both having the same numbers we will get an error message saying, there is a duplicate channel mapping because the radio channel is channel 1 and the TV channel is also channel 1. Just selecting the TV channel is also not working because the EPG is only available for the radio channel, i guess also because both are channel 1…

Still no solution for German DVB-C…

Fixed by the German carrier. The have remixed the channel frequencies. Now I can choose only the TV channels.
