I have plex installed on Windows server 2008 SP2, and am using xbox 360 app.
It has been running alright (I need to upgrade my hardware for better transcoding). However in the last few days, I randomly get a message stating “This content cannot be played, format may not be supported” (not exact wording, I will update when I get the error again), and an error I will post once I see it again [edit:The status code is: 69-80072741]
I am 99% sure it’s not transcoding related as the content plays fine if I wait minute, then restart it, and the error just seems to be random. I also get the issue when using the xbox video player with DLNA server part of plex, but not on the same media file copied to a thumb drive and played on the xbox.
Please help as this is very frustrating.
Ps: I have made sure everything is up to date verzion-wise
