Random download episodes won't play

Server Version#: 1.25.6.5577
Player Version#: 8.30.2.31202

I have an issue where random downloaded episodes error out when trying to play. If i delete the the download item that that episode is from and reset up tbe exact same download scenario, the episode works everytime. This is the log. Episode is “From - S01E01”. Anyone have a clue what im looking at error wise?
