I have a TV series where every episode has played with no issues whatsoever on my Android TV device but, for some reason, four episodes into season 3, Plex won’t play any of the rest of the episodes for this season. I keep getting this message: “An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again”. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with my connection because I’ve checked seasons 4 and 5 and those episodes play fine. There also is no problem with Jellyfin on the same device, or VLC and web Plex on my laptop. I’ve cleared the cache and restarted the device but Plex still won’t play those episodes. I’ve compared one that plays with one that doesn’t using MediaInfo and they appear to be the same. Can anyone give me any suggestions for how to fix this or what to look for that may be broken?
