Server Version#:1.13.8.5395-10d48da0d
Hi all. My server crashed and so I rebuilt a new one from scratch. Since then some odd issues are happening:
-On the server, unable to access it via http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html but can via http://localhost:32400/web/index.html. mind you other apps I have that have a server service work fine off of 127.0.0.1
-unable to play all my media, even on the server itself. Will just sit there spinning trying to load and then says to try again later. other media plays fine
-mobile apps show all my content but then say “offline”. even with it saying that, I can play some stuff but not others (same issues as above). my camera upload feature works fine. this happens on iOS and Android. Doesn’t matter if i’m on the internal network or external.
-local streaming devices like Apple TV and Roku look fine but same issue above with issues playing some media.
any recommendations? really really strange stuff. my plex media server shows as online on the server and fully accessible outside the network. I’m at a complete loss. no other issues on this server as far as other applications and services. firewall is off, even tried turning of AV.
