Have been getting crashes on folder navigation for a few days very consistently. I can confirm that the workaround detailed by @Sick-Ice (using another less privileged user account) is working great for me.

Today plex started crashing before it even lets me choose a user. This is becoming increasingly frustrating…
Do my workaround, it is stupid but it is working.
@Sick-Ice. Your suggestion worked for me. I just got an Xbox One S and my Plex Pass account crashed from the start using the new 2.22.0.70 release.
Second account creation is a passable workaround.

My xbox was upgraded to v2.23.1 over the past 24 hours and the new releases resolved the issue and I can now use my normal Plex Pass account on xbox.

It took a bit long to fix it for my taste but now it is fine.
And PLEX TEAM nexttime befor you release something please TEST IT
Seems after the server update it crashes less frequently. Guess I’ll consider it fixed for now.
