I am attempting to use the xbox one plex app, and it says that I need to update the plex server, however, when I try to do that it says that the server is updated already.
Any ideas?
If you've updated your server, try closing the app on the Xbox One by going to Xbox Home -> Highlight the Plex app -> Menu button -> Exit. Then try starting the Plex app again.

I seem to be getting the same issue, it was working fine.
same problem here, i’m using the app from day 1 and today without any changes to my setup the app says "an unexpected error occured
Tomkev, sounds like the Plex pass infrastructure is having some issues with authentication, which is why it isn't working.
t_haggerty, are you sure you installed the Plex Pass server version? Not the public version?
