I am streaming mostly to Apple TV 4K devices and Amazon Fire TV 4K and it seems no matter what setting I set on the Plex Server or the Plex App Player I cant watch playback (stopping and starting every second and getting error messages).
Error Messages: Network isn’t strong enough to stream at the quality or Transcoding will take too long

When Playing I try to make sure its always a Direct Play (Check via Tautulli and Plex that it isnt transcoding) and Play Original Quality.
Seems like when its Direct Playing it pauses and stops over and over again and when its transcoding for non-direct play it doesnt play at all. Please help show me what I am doing wrong!
