I have been getting this error since updating to the latest version and I’m not sure how to fix it
PMS cannot access the file. Input/Output error. Check permissions to transcoder temp?

Additionally, PLEASE turn VERBOSE logging off. Keep DEBUG on. I would be better able to diagnose if I had more elapsed time to review. VERBOSE logging on gives us 2 minutes of elapsed time. It logs every mouse click / packet exchange in great detail. The log buffers are only 26 MB deep

What log file was that found in and what should the permissions to the transcoder be?
The permissions for all the executable files (PMS, Plex Transcoder, etc) are set during installation.
The permissions I speak of are to the data areas.
The Plex “Transcoder Temporary Directory” (Settings - Server - Transcoder)
