I did a fresh raspbian stretch install on my raspberry pi and went on to install raspap which works fine and then i installed plex which throws me the error

I am attaching plex logs below.
My firewall is off.

Just restart PMS with sudo systemctl restart plexmediaserver.
If you did not kill PMS deliberately, please try to disable DLNA and the “Advertise as Player”. Both features have bugs right now.
