"Get Plex Media Server" message after instalation on the Raspberry Pi

Hi,
After fresh, first time instalation of the plex server on the raspberry pi I’ve entered the local plex website (http://[local plex ip]:32400/web) to run the configuration, add libraries etc.
Hovewer I was just logged in. No setup was reqired, and there is no way to run it.
I tried to logout, reinstall the serwer. I’ve even reflash whole raspbian system but nothing worked.
After login Plex still shows that I should Get Plex Media Server which I just did.
I’ve also checked the Preferences.xml, but obviously no sign of previus instalation where inside.

Any ideas how to solve it ? Did i missed something during installation ?
Removing the Preferences.xml and restarting plex / rebooting system doesn’t help.
Raspberry pi is connected to my local network.

As far as I can see there are some crashes in the logs.

I’ve also checked it on my Windows. There PMS instalation, and configuration works perfectly:)
