I have flashed three times and every time it is unable to login to Plex. I have tried PIN and manual methods. I have an IP on my network, I can see the shares but it seems to have an issue talking to Plex.
EDIT: With the overwhelming suggestions  I just rolled back to 5 and I am able to see my videos again... Thanks much..
I am having the same issue. My SD card with 0.4.? crapped out so I bought a new one and flashed it yesterday with 0.6.0 and it is unable to login to Plex. It just sits and spins like it is trying but never does or never gives an error message. I let it sit trying for over an hour. Rebooted and reflashed several times. I can view my local content just fine. On Plex on my Android phone, I can login and see the remote server and its content but when I try and play a movie from the remote server to the Rasplex it won't play it because it is not logged in to Plex.
Whenever I watch a movie in 1080p the image disappears for a split second and then comes back. It happens at least one time during each 1080p video.
I have noticed this too since the upgrade to RPi2 0.6.0 (previously on 0.4.1 on RPi). Usually only once somewhere in the middle of the movie. Happened twice in at least one. Screen blank is accompanied by a quick "crack" from the speakers.

samething happening to me. Can't use 0.5.1 he won't work with my screen ;(
Sounds like you are having issues with Plex Home, without Plex Home enabled you do not have to sign in to see local servers. Plex Home is managed through Plex Media Server not Rasplex, try turning Plex Home off. You do this through Plex Web
Thanks for the support link. Sadly, my plex home was already disabled in the preferences. I would like to have it enabled, but it's an incomplete feature for the time being.
My solution was to reset my RasPlex. Luckily, I don't do precaching or anything, because I run off a FreeNAS server, so no loss really. I still had to sign in with plex.tv/pin, but this time it works. Maybe the token was invalidated or something, and it can't deal with the error. Still, strange. I am still unable to ping or wget plex.tv, so apparently that's not a related issue.
Will the new security features in PMS be sorted for RasPlex in the next update?
When you set security to "preferred" it blocks rasplex from the server.
I have the setting set to preferred as well but it's not causing any issues with my rasplex setup on pi2. Just changed users a few times to confirm and everything is connecting fine (although padlock is red, not green).
I'm at a loss. Rasplex stopped working altogether. If I start any movie or series, I get a black screen with nothing. The clock always remains at Zero. If I pause, the clock shows that the movie progressed. If i then resume, the clock again shows zero. Black screen remains.

Too many bugs in this one for me, main one being it not playing any video at all, starts streaming after about 30 seconds for 2 or 3 seconds then stops again (quite a few other people have mentioned this in this thread aswell I notice). I tried unchecking and checking the network transport option and this had made no difference. Going back to 0.5.0 til 0.6.1 is released.
Pretty flawless playback except for no centre channel as some others have also reported. Fortunately my girlfriend who I bought it for doesn't have a Surround amp at her place.
I struggled with HDMI-CEC at first but a tv total power off cured that.
Im sure whatever causes it to not send out the centre channel will be sorted and i will go as far as to say its now my second favourite client behind the Samsung app.
Its easily the best bang for buck Plex client out there for a full TV experience. So congratulations to everyone involved in development
Hopefully she will love the Rasplex when i set it up for her... Im sure she will (simply because it isnt a Roku.) :)
I too have the problem with no centre channel, i have noticed that it's normally only when the audio is Dolby Digital or DTS - AAC 5.1, i can hear some voices but not all, and some of the sound effects are to high and voices are very low.
This is also for the Rpi2.
Anybody have any work arounds to get it working. ? or should i do rollback to Rasplex 5 ?
Also i am unable to use TLS encryption on latest Rasplex, i did setup secure connection to required on my Plex and now Rasplex does not see my Plex Server.
- I'm now able to play video formats that didn't play before - NICE !
- After updating, my RasPi2 now does some weird stuff on the HDMI port: I have a 4x1 HDMI switch with auto-activity switch (Octava).. sometimes the RasPi2 will grab attention by snatching the current active port .. eg we are watching TV from another box.. then it goes black and nothing happens... we then need to click on the Octava to switch back to TV.. very annoying !
- I'm also experiencing HDMI Drop-out !!!: While watching a movie or tv series, the HDMI will switch off and on again after a few seconds.. this causes the Octava box to fail or at least make a hiccup... sometimes i need to reactivate the active HDMI channel...
I've now deactivated auto-switching, which sort of fixes the problem...
I've found out that my power adapter might be failing..

I'm having the same issue with secure connections. I've had to step it down to preferred to get my RasPlex machines back working.

If you have read the release posts of Plex Inc, you should realize that many Plex clients still do not have any support for the new https usage of PMS, which included the version of PHT on which the current RasPlex release is based. Setting the PMS server option for secure connections to "Required" means that you forbid any clients that lack support for this new usage from connecting to your server. Thus the failure of RasPlex to connect with that PMS option set to "Required" is not an 'issue' with RasPlex. It is a choice you have made yourself to block clients without the new support, including current RasPlex, from connecting to your server.
Anyone who wants to permit use of clients without support for the new connection mode must set that PMS option to either "Preferred" or "Disabled".
This applies not only to current RasPlex, but also to other Plex clients which lack the new https support.
The next release of RasPlex will include support for secure connections, but it'll still be a judgement call whether to enable it in the PMS server.
Users of RPi1 should be aware that the increased processing required for decryption of every byte in the media data streams lowers the effective bitrate limit.
(The same is true of any client on a similar low-end single-core platform.)

I have this problem too... along with some weird blackouts...
