Rasplex 1.0.1 Released!

I don’t want to be ‘über’ correct but there are already two threads called “RasPlex Announcements” and “RasPlex Releases” and a new release is announced in a third thread? :-/ :-? :-B :((

Yes, well spotted.

Since the last update 1.0.1 on my Raspberry 2, I can’t control the raspberry with the remote control of my TV (PHILIPS 32PFL7406H). This feature functioned perfectly with the old release.
So I will try a downgrade.

Why are all releases since 0.4.1 Flaged Pre-Release? Could someone explain that?

Still working on fixes and new features before a ‘stable’ release

How’s this working for those who have RPi Zeros? I have one, and I’ll give it a try tonight!

Working fine.

Hi guys is there any progress on the FF / RW issue that was introduced after 0.6.0 ?

I have tried every version since and none of them work correctly.

As such I am still using 0.6.0 :((

Can you give us a $ amount that would make this a higher priority? I don’t want to sound insensitive to the fact that the maintainers have day jobs, but I, and a lot of others, would benefit from this feature. I’ve given money in the past and will continue to support RasPlex project no matter…

Dam no HiFiBerry for movies. :frowning:

Adding HiFiBerry support for movies unfortunately requires an update from the old Frodo code base to something newer and is not something that is done quickly.
Next major version will be based on Kodi Isengard (or Jarvis) and will bring lots of improvements including full hifiberry support once it is finished, no eta yet.
