how do i configure plex to still allow me to connect to my local plex server even when my internet connection is off? for some reason it requires me to sign in when the raspberry pies boot up which does not work when the internet is down.

i don’t know where to see that. when i go to the settings menu of the server it says version 0.9.12.8 and its running on windows 10.
