RasPlex - "There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard"

Over the past few months, I’ve noticed RasPlex - on boot - showing the message “There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard,” although I can access my content after connecting to the Pi from my Android phone. During this time, I have updated the Media Server version multiple times.

Plex (client side) runs fine elsewhere.

Server Version 1.19.3.2852 (Running on Windows 10 Pro Version 1903)
PMP Version 2.27.0.957-cd8065b5
Embedded (Raspberry Pi) 8.2
