Server seems to be crashing constantly/"unexpected error loading dashboard"

Hi forums,
Spent the last few hours trying to figure out just what is going on, scanning logs, etc. Running on a Raspberry Pi 3B+.
Any time I go to a library or the dashboard, (doesnt crash when I go to settings) it seems to crash and restart, and the page gives me the error “There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard”. Most of the time, the server will become unavailable for a short while (~2 minutes), then return.
Not sure what is going on here. Any help would be appreciated.
Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488
Player Version#: Web
Plex Media Server Logs_2019-03-12_21-03-13.zip (558.8 KB)

Upon further research, it doesn’t seem to be doing a full crash.

Hi same issue since yesterday.
Tried to update to plexmediaserver_1.15.1.780. Not solved the problem.
The same “There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard” or The server “***” is unavailable
Sometimes library and settings are accessible for a minute or two.

I was hoping being able to update to 1.15 would help, but I don’t have Plex Pass, so I cant even try. Weird to see that we are both having the same issue at the same time on very different versions. Have you done rpi-update?

Yes I tried to update rpi - no updates for now.
But, by the way, a couple of days ago i had updated few packages. Had not used Plex this two days. Can it be the reason of Pms malfunction?

I did some updates a few days ago as well, same thing. I’m not sure, hopefully someone more knowledgeable in this chimes in.

I have the same problem…

I just switched from my Pi 3 to 3B+ and the problem appeared. I also see some weird numbers in the dashboard (when it works…)

I’ll try to go back to the Pi3 and see if the problem is solved…

Does this help? I also had the same issue with the unwatched count (amongst other things) and now everything is back to normal

This totally fixed mine! Thanks so much for helping. I ran the command quoted in the linked post, and reboot. Good luck to everyone else.

Yes, worked!!!

Thanks!!!
