Suddenly I am unable to sign into myplex on my Raspberry pi 2 running 0.7
At the log in screen where you would normally be prompted with a pin it is blank
If I manually type my user id and password i set a spinning wheel and nothing happens
When I turn my tv on I just get search on the left hand side
HELP PLEASE
Troubleshooting
Rebooted router and power line adapters
Changed network cable
Reimaged micro sd
I had the exact same issue with 0.7.0 using wifi via a panda wireless pau05 usb unit. I had to flash to 0.6.0, sign-in, then upgrade from withing the app to 0.7.0
Hi, thank you both for getting back to me.
Sorry I’m a newbie to all this, I’m running 9.12.4 (says its upto date)
I just erased and re-imaged to 0.6.0 and still getting the same problem, i can’t sign in just get to the sign in page then it doesn’t give me a pin and just a spinning wheel.
I can access my server on iOS devises, not tried other tv/powerline just yet.
When you boot up Rasplex before attempting to sign in to MyPlex in Preferences->System do you see anything other than Search? You should see your libraries and be able to play content without signing in (but you won’t be able to use anything that requires a PlexPass as you login is used to validate).
If you can’t then there is an issue with your Network, have you turned on debugging and looked at the logs?
Hi guys
I found the problem, you were right and it is a network problem with my powerline adapters
Just had to found a work around until I can reset the adapters

I had similar issue, but in my case system time was wrong.
.plex.direct:32400/] failed: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates
01:05:21 T:1607074896 WARNING: CCurlFile::FillBuffer [192-168-1-5.hhgggggg
.plex.direct:32400/] failed: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates
I added an ntp server and voila it’s working fine.

My issue was date/time related as well. I lost power and RasPlex had a bad date. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but the internet is still down so it couldn’t hit the NTP servers for the right time. All I had to do is ssh in and run:
date --set=“2015-11-09 18:02:00”
(Putting in the current date of course)
And everything popped back up and now I can watch my plex media until the Internet is back.
